I just came home from work about an hour ago. After some of the mush that I call a brain went to work, I came to the conclusion that my employer, Woolworths Ltd., (A.K.A Woolworths, Safeway (VIC Only), Woolies, Dick Smith, BIGW etc.), is better than Peter’s employer, Coles Group Ltd. (Coles, Kmart, Target, Officeworks etc.).

Today was the funeral of the mobile phone millionare, John Ilhan. He died unexpectedly on Tuesday morning from suffering a heart-attack. He was only 42. As he was Turkish and of muslim religion, his funeral was carried out at a Broadmeadows Mosque. Over 1,000 people farewelled him, including high flyers such as Eddie McGuire and Shane Warne. He was buried at Fawkner Crematorium & Memorial Park.

Well, John Howard has finally announced the Election for 2007. I can tell you now, that if I could vote, Kevin Rudd would be the person I wold vote for, John Howard is too old and the government needs refreshing. Kevin Rudd has many new ideas, and can revolutionize the country. The major topic that has gained my interest is the removal of troops from Iraq by next year. The Americans have to understand that we have no use there, and that our interests sometimes differ from the US. There are many more other things that also interest me as well, but I know that they are all better than John Howard’s plan.

Well I have to tell you, Apple Inc. has done it again! When I first saw the new iPod Touch on Steve Job’s Keyntoe Address, I just had to have one! Well, now I do!! My best mate Peter (www.petermcginley.com), bought it for me over the Apple Online Store on a Monday morning, and I got it by the next Thursday, which is a pretty good effort considering that it hadn’t even been shipped to stores yet.
